SKS Laundry Is Here: Meet the New SKS WashCombo™ and 9.0 Cu. Ft. Dryer

SKS Steps Beyond the Kitchen

For years, SKS (formerly Signature Kitchen Suite) has been known for chef-inspired built-in kitchen appliances: sous vide ranges, steam-combi wall ovens, advanced refrigeration with Craft Ice® and innovative induction cooking. In 2026, the brand expanded beyond the kitchen. At the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Orlando, SKS introduced its first-ever laundry collection, bringing the same design-driven, technology-first approach into the laundry room.

The lineup is built around three pieces: the all-in-one SKS WashCombo™, a high-capacity SKS dryer, and the SKS MiniWash™ pedestal washer. Together they give homeowners and designers a laundry suite designed to bring the same level of technology, performance and visual refinement throughout the home.

What Is the SKS WashCombo™?

The SKS WashCombo is a single appliance that washes and dries, allowing a load to be washed and dried in the same drum without being transferred to a separate dryer. With a generous 5.8 cu. ft. capacity, it is sized for real household laundry, not just small top-ups.

AI Wash & Dry with AI DD™

The WashCombo uses AI Wash & Dry with AI DD™ technology to assess fabric type, load size and soil level, then tailors the wash and dry cycle to match. The result is precise, gentle care that adapts to whatever you load in, from heavy towels to delicate knits.

Dual Inverter Heat Pump Drying

Instead of high-heat drying, the WashCombo uses a Dual Inverter Heat Pump to dry at lower temperatures. The lower-temperature drying process is designed to help preserve fabrics while reducing energy consumption.

The SKS Dryer: 9.0 Cu. Ft. for Big Loads

For larger households, or anyone who washes duvets, bedding and bulky outerwear regularly, SKS paired the WashCombo with a dedicated 9.0 cu. ft. dryer. Its AI Sensor Dry technology reads fabric texture, load weight and moisture levels, then adjusts drying time and temperature automatically, helping minimize fabric wear and unnecessary energy use.

The SKS MiniWash™ Pedestal Washer

The 1.0 cu. ft. SKS MiniWash™ sits beneath the WashCombo as a pedestal washer designed for smaller, separate loads. It is ideal for gym clothes, baby items, delicates or a small load you want to keep separate from the main wash.

Flexible Configurations for Every Space

One of the strengths of the SKS laundry collection is how it adapts to different homes and layouts:

• WashCombo on its own – ideal where a single-footprint laundry solution is preferred.
• 3-in-1 system – WashCombo plus MiniWash, adding a dedicated small-load washer in a compact footprint.
• WashCombo + dryer pair – the WashCombo alongside the 9.0 cu. ft. dryer for maximum capacity.

SKS has highlighted placements like mudrooms, primary suites and secondary living spaces, which lines up well with how many GTA homeowners are rethinking laundry: moving it upstairs near the bedrooms, building it into a mudroom off the garage, adding a compact station in a condo, or creating a second laundry area in a basement suite.

Design & Controls

Like SKS kitchen appliances, the laundry collection is designed to look like it belongs in a high-end interior. Each model has a seamless full-flat front and a 6.8-inch LCD touch display with customizable widgets, so the cycles you use most are right where you want them. A Tilting Display Control angles the screen automatically when activated, making it easier to read and use.

The models are freestanding, but the clean full-flat design makes them a natural fit for custom laundry cabinetry, including the built-in millwork Castle Kitchens designs and builds in our own factory. SKS WashCombo, Dryer & MiniWash at a Glance

Which SKS Laundry Setup Is Right for You?

If you want the simplest, most space-efficient setup, start with the WashCombo on its own. It handles everyday laundry from start to finish in one footprint.

If you often need to separate loads, add the MiniWash. The 3-in-1 configuration gives you a dedicated washer for delicates, baby items or workout clothes, kept apart from the main wash.

If you have a busy household or wash a lot of bedding, pair the WashCombo with the 9.0 cu. ft. dryer. You can wash and dry in the WashCombo while a second load finishes in the dryer.
